PPD specialises in process plant design, procurement, constructions supervising and Project Management of large scale Engineering Projects. We provide process plant design engineering expertise throughout all phases of a Project. Our areas of expertise are conceptual design, cost estimating and feasibility studies, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, site construction supervising and commissioning.

We serve our services mainly for oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, waste water treatment, pulp and paper mill plants.

PPD increased its core team’s efficiency by investing multiple CAE software for its purpose. Hence, small and dynamic team is capable to bring solutions for even large scale projects.

Our skills range from conceptual design and process feasibility, through detailed specification, engineering , layout and design, to procurement, project management, site supervision and finally commissioning. Our aim is to give a complete “design and build” service to the customer..

PROCESS PLANTS

PPD bases process plant design on Client’s PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and Heat & Mass Material Balances of waste water treatment, chemical process, petrochemical process plants. Upon provision of PFDs, PPD develops the following engineering works. If process design services are required then our process engineers are ready to participate with Client’s engineering team in order to develop process flow diagrams.

POWER PLANTS

Apart from process plants, PPD can simulate heat & mass balances and power generation of thermal power plants prior to plant design services. Class III Cost estimation and feasibility reports can be developed within basic engineering design phase.
